Company Policy
AtlantaBlue Pressurewash requires 24-hour notice on cancellations or rescheduling. When you have set a schedule with us, it is an agreement for service, and you have agreed to our company policy with regard to the outline below. Please understand that it requires time and expense to plan a pressure washing project and arrive at your location. The following fees apply:
- Cancellations: $50.00 fee
- Rescheduling: $25.00 fee
- Water Shut Off/Not Available: $50.00 fee
If you reschedule within 7 days - we will however do our best to find a way of delivering extra value to the work we have agreed to perform on your property for the addl $50.00 fee. We will not issue credits for future service.
AtlantaBlue Pressurewash is not responsible for the following:
- Mold underneath caulking
- Discoloration in glues/caulking
- Leaky doors/window framing/skylights/leaky roofs
Dirt/soil/clay bleed back on flatwork- Weak paint or poor quality paint
- Water retention behind vinyl siding
- Exterior light fixtures that retain water
- Breakage of loose and unsecured light fixture components due to water and air pressure disturbance
- Grass/plants - wilting, dying or wear and tear from production (Ex: water volume/detergents & strippers/ technicians exterior foot traffic in grassy or muddy areas). We will not replace grass affected by the production process.
- High water bills
- Broken water faucet hardware
- Windows left open (we will avoid that area if you are not home)
- Water seepage through doors/windows/sliding glass doors / Stained fabrics or floors (please check the interior of your home after service is completed and wipe up any water)
- Black streaks on gutter exteriors (these can be removed by ABP as an extra service)
- Pre-existing broken or cracked windows/seals on windows
- Pre-existing holes in siding materials
- Paint removal
- Pre-existing roof leaks
- Water in door locks/we work around door hardware
- Broken landscape lights (We take every precaution to protect lighting)
- Damaged landscaping (We will take every precaution to protect your landscaping)
- Running or leaking exterior water faucets
- Light fixtures/electrical outlets/gfc switches that short out
- Work that we cannot get to due to locked gates, outdoor pets, cars in the driveway or trash
- Pre-existing deterioration on any wood deck component or knots falling out throughout any part of our production process
- We may require that in order to secure the safety of our crew while on your roof, that we tie onto chimneys or roof vents.
- Stains and sealers and any materials purchased for a job belong solely to AtlantaBlue Pressurewash, and it is up to the discretion of the owner of ABP to release any overage to the customer.
- We will back up any time sensitive wear warranties expressed on sealers stains and paints, but not beyond what is stated on the containers.
