Some solutions are for eliminating mold - some are to clean off clay while others are for leaf impressions, rust and lifting oil.

You may ask if our solutions will harm your grass - with the dilution ratios we use along with rinsing - your grass and plantings will be fine. 

You may have this problem:  Cracks in the concrete that will bleed muddy water back onto what has just been washed.

You may have this problem:   Poor drainage that will effect the quality of a job. Muddy water might pool in areas and/or bleedback.
