Checklist and Notes For Our Customers

• Please make sure that your water is turned on front and back.
• Unlock your gates and or screen room doors.
• Make sure all your windows are closed shut.
• Remove fragile objects and bleach sensitive items from outdoor tables walls and doors.
• Move small plants off decks and porches into a safe area.
• Keep pets inside, remove food and water bowls to avoid contamination. 
• Unlatch one window screen lock on each window so that the water jet will flush out any dirt, dead bugs and spider webs.
• Please remove outdoor furniture from underneath your deck while we work.
• If we will not be able to reach your second level deck by stairs please let us know so that we can bring ladders.
• If you have weak chaulky paint on the house, please advise us. 

Please note: 

It is to be expected that with the water jet application that there could be some water coming in through gaps in windows or doors and onto the floor or in the house. Please check for water on the floor and interior window sills drapes and carpet after the job is complete. This is something that we cannot control, however we urge you to follow up throughout your home and wipe up any water accumulation.

After a deck is cleaned and we are waiting for the deck to dry - please do not place any containers, plants or other objects back on the deck that would gather water while the deck is drying. If you notice water dripping from a gutter onto your deck please have it fixed or place a bucket underneath to collect it, water on a deck will hold up the process of sealing, unless we are using a same day clean/seal  product.

We will do our best to inspect our own work, having a second or a third "set of eyes" is always helpful and appreciated. If for some reason we've missed something, please call us back within one month.
